2021年12月06日，根据中科院文献情报中心2020年12月31日发布的《国际期刊预警名单 （试行） 》以及部分高校警示期刊目录，结合高、中、低风险评价体系，上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院公布了国际期刊预警目录！该目录中的高风险杂志，不予报销，不作为科研产出评价计分。中风险杂志，不作为科研产出评价计分。大家注意避坑！
之前，吉林大学第一医院也再次更新了2021年最新警示期刊，此次更新共涉及41种警示期刊。
与2020年第一版45种警示期刊比较，新版增加6种警示期刊，减少8种警示期刊，有2种警示期刊已经被SCIE数据库剔除。（橙色为原有警示期刊，绿色为新增警示期刊，蓝色为非警示期刊，红色为SCIE已经剔除的警示期刊。）
此前，中南大学湘雅二医院发布了第一批国际期刊预警名单，共57本，名单内期刊将不予报销论文版面费，不予发放相应的科研业绩奖励，高预警期刊在各类评审评价、绩效考核和晋升中不予认定。
此外，徐州医科大学、苏州大学附属第一医院、河南中医药大学第一附属医院、中科院、吉大一院等单位院校也于近期先后发布了各自预警期刊名单，本文对此进行了汇总。
4月6日，徐州医科大学公布了第一批重点监控及预警期刊目录，共计35本。
1月22日，河南中医药大学第一附属医院公布了第一批国际期刊预警名单，共计65本。不能使用专项资金，科研考核不予认定、不发放绩效奖励、在各类评审评价、绩效考核和晋升中不予认定。
3月31日，苏州大学附属第一医院发布了第一批预警期刊名单，共7本，将不予报销论文版面费，不发放论文奖励。

去年12月，吉林大学第一医院发布了45种警示期刊，2021年3月3日，，因“International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Medicine”和“The International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology”两种警示期刊已经被SCIE数据库剔除，因此，将SCI的警示期刊减少为43种。
2020年12月31日，中科院正式发布了《国际期刊预警名单（试行）》，包括了65本期刊，其中医学类的有26本，数量最多，生物学领域也有7本。
